Welcome New FSA Advisory Board Members
In an exciting move that will add fresh perspective and new leadership, the FSA is very pleased to announce the addition of three new Industry Experts to the Advisory Board:
Brooke Lowrance, Operations Director at WTS International, has over 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry and
encompasses a well-rounded approach holding various roles including VP, Member Services, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Operations Director.
Alena Stavnjak, Director of Spa and Retail at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, comes with extensive domestic and international knowledge with luxury brands and the latest trends in spa, health and wellness industries.
Osa Mallo, Spa Director at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami, has more than two decades of experience in the Hospitality field, 17 of which have been dedicated to Spa and Wellness and has worked in both Europe and the US.
