Ilana began her selling career in New York City working with major department stores and affiliated corporate buying groups in 1984. After moving to Florida in 1999, she formed her own company as an independent Sales Representative. Ilana established herself within the Florida Spa Industry, having pioneered skincare brands such as MD Skincare by Dr. Dennis Gross, Molton Brown, Somme Institute, Red Flower, Mama Mio and more. Now founder of IM Beauty Sales, she continues to develop strong relationships with Spa Directors and Consultants as an Independent Agent, Representing cutting edge skin care products and luxury spa brands to Resorts & Spas.

With more than 30 years experience in the industry, Holbrook is seen as an industry leader and widely credited for her vision in moving forward The Ritz Carlton spa brand, producing outstanding financial results. As executive spa director for The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Orlando, she increased revenues by $2M in two years. At The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation Spa she orchestrated the first partnership with Medical Spa, creating the company’s first holistic and medical treatment spa.





 

Charlotte Prescott   |   Advisory Board Chair

Charlotte had recently come on board the Biltmore Hotel as Director of Spa & Fitness.  Prior to this Charlotte joined Canyon Ranch Hotel & Spa in June, 2008, as part of the opening leadership team. Prior to joining Canyon Ranch, Charlotte was the opening Director of Spa & Fitness at Spa Chakra in the Conrad Hotel in Miami. Before entering Spa Management, Charlotte was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Aromatherapy Associates, a global spa brand present in luxury resorts and destination spas worldwide. During her tenure with Aromatherapy Associates, Charlotte was fortunate to work with many renowned international luxury spa brands.



 



Brooke Lowrance  | Advisory Board Member

With more than 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry and encompasses a well-rounded approach holding various roles including VP, Member Services, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Operations Director. Brooke manages a portfolio of spas with revenues in excess of more than $15M. In her capacity, Brooke is responsible for directing marketing, customer service, staffing, and operations for the account portfolio with partners of well-known brand names including Peabody, Wyndham, Sheraton, and Loews hotels.

Has more than 10 years of extensive domestic and international knowledge with luxury brands and the latest trends in spa, health and wellness industries. Alena started her spa career with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 2003 and has worked at several Spa locations including the company's Key Biscayne, South Beach, Sarasota, Tyson's Corner, and St. Thomas, USVI properties.  In 2010 Alena lived and opened 20,000 sq ft state-of-the-art ESPA at The Istanbul EDITION spa as their Executive Spa Director.

Under her leadership, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Miami has received the coveted Forbes 5 Star award for 5 consecutive years, the highest honor in the industry.
